An Austrian ClimaTech startup with seed funding raised and enterprise customers. The team developed with individual responsibility, hierarchical leadership and too low a number of delivered features to keep up with the roadmap. Six months of intervention — training, hands-on support and cultural change — and the results kept improving even after the end of the programme.
